Grade-work using Topcon GPS Positioning. and installation of a small retaining wall.
Demo of existing site parking lot and building.

Loading out unsuitable soils from undercutting.
Sewer installed from reclamation tanks.
Tied into house designed duplex pump system before city sewer tie in.
