After reaching Peak Growth, Cozy received the contract for the new Landscaping for the American side of Niagara falls. From pavers to trees and mulch we did it! Our founder decided there was no more Business left in Buffalo, and thats when Cozy transitioned to East Tennessee. Since then Cozy has built buildings, moved mountains, and updated infrastructure all over this great state! Today we strive to be the example for our industry with every project we complete. For our customers that trust us to GC their project we provide full service in house work. From utilities to surveying, and concrete we do it all keeping your costs lower resulting in a cheaper, industry standard setting project.
