Powdercote II Warehouse Expansion

Located in Clinton Tennessee, Powdercote II specializes in powder coating parts for car manufactures. Due to a busy industry, they had outgrown their current facility. Cozy Excavation & Contracting LLC acted as the General Contractor on this project from start to finish. Using GPS equipment the site was graded with total accuracy, and upon that foundation a 33,000sqft warehouse was constructed. Foundation concrete, retention pond, storm drainage, concrete slab, building and erection was all provided by Cozy Excavation. With the help of our industry partners for mechanical, electrical, and fire we turn-keyed a beautiful warehouse for an important client!
