Blockhouse Subdivision

What started as a large piece of farmland, Cozy turned into a 23 Lot subdivision. featuring a creek crossing, water, sewer, gas, and storm sewer. This plot consisted of large scale cuts and fills up to 20 feet in some areas!  Today the builder has started production! Cozy will conduct the finish grade as houses are finished!
