Wolf Valley Storage

Cozy was the General Contractor for this project. We turned a vacant cow field into a revenue Generating self serve Storage facility. We worked close with the owner to execute their dream integrating brand new technology, 24/7 security, and fence and gates. We hauled in over 8,000 Cubic Yards of fill, brought the site to perfect grade, cut in ditches and swales for proper drainage, and installed a retention pond. In the end the owner was left with a 4 building complex ready to be put to work!
