Cozy Excavation was the General Contractor on the NEW Tidal Wave Auto Spa located at 7538 Norris Freeway in Knoxville, TN. Over the course of 7 months a vacant lot has turned into a marvel of a car wash, with stunning landscaping, beautiful concrete paving, and a solid glass car wash tunnel. This project featured two retaining walls, over 33,000 sqft of concrete, 4 underground reclamation tanks, over 300 plants/trees, a modular (shipping container) infrastructure, and much more!
